• Rates do not include parts, materials, shipping or associated sales tax
• Labor hourly rate is charged in 15 minute increments beyond the first hour or minimum charge.
• All parts are sold based on industry catalog pricing + shipping.
• All parts are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
• Travel time applies to all service areas beyond 20 miles one way

Payment in full is expected upon completion of the service call.
Travel and Mileage may be collected prior to arrival (non-refundable)
If a cancellation is required for rescheduling, travel mileage will be credited for future rescheduling

Scheduled visits that result in a no show by the customer will result in a minimum 1 hour charge plus travel time and mileage surcharges as applicable.  Scheduled service calls  must be cancelled  6 hours prior to avoid cancellation fees.

• Please note that every effort will be made to complete the service call within the initial visit in a timely manner. Most service calls can be easily completed within the minimum labor time. If a return visit is required for completion of the service call, then the labor time will be accumulative and not charged as separate visits. Time will be charged to the nearest whole 15 minute increment.
• Every effort will be made during the initial phone or email consult to determine the problem from the symptoms and establish needed parts. You may be asked to perform various troubleshooting steps. This will help in reducing the chances of a second visit being required, if special parts need to be ordered.
• Having the following information available would be most helpful.
  • Brand and model name/number
  • Serial number and year you purchased it
  • Symptoms related to the problem
